Setting the Time and Date

Press the mode button, which is the bottom-left button when the face of the watch is facing up, until you reach the time display. Hold down the mode button down for two to three seconds until the screen starts flashing.

Use the ST/STP button and reset buttons to change the time and date. Use the ST/STP button on the top right to increase the number. Use the reset button on the bottom right to decrease the number. The first setting will be seconds, followed by minute, hour, year, month, day, am/pm or military time, beep on and off.

Press mode to change from one setting to the next setting. Use the ST/STP button to increase the number and reset to decrease the number. When all settings have been entered, press and hold the mode button until the screen stops flashing. All settings will then be saved.
Setting Target Heart Rate

Press the mode key until the heart rate target zone mode is shown. Hold the mode key for two to three seconds and wait for the screen to start flashing.

Enter your age into the watch using the ST/STP button to increase your age and reset to decrease your age. Press and release the mode button to enter whether you are male or female. Use the ST/STP button to toggle between the options.

Press and hold the mode key to save the settings. The watch will now automatically calculate the target heart rate based on your age and sex.
Customizing Target Heart Rate

Re-enter the heart rate target zone and hold down the mode button. Confirm your age and gender and press and release the mode button.

Set your high heart rate level you choose using the ST/STP and reset buttons to adjust the high threshold. Press and release the mode button.

Enter in the low heart rate desired by using the ST/STP and reset keys. Press and hold the mode button to save all settings.
