How to Make Mini-Hurdles From PVC

Pipes made from PVC (polyvinyl chloride) plastic are cheap, strong and widely available. PVC pipes and pipe fittings come in a variety of diameters, making them versatile. One of the many things you can build with PVC pipes is a mini-hurdle, which can be used by children, pets or in your own training regimen. These mini-hurdles are half the height of Olympic hurdles.
