1
Glue each end of four 18-inch pipes into a corner joint. Lay two of the pipes parallel and 18 inches apart so two pairs of joint openings are facing each other. Glue an 18-inch pipe into the joints so you have an 18-inch frame. Repeat this process with the other two pipes so you have two square frames.

2
Position the frames upright, parallel and 18 inches apart so the joint openings are facing each other. Glue the last four pipes into the joints so you have an 18-by-18-by-18-inch cube frame made out of PVC. This is your PVC plyo box frame. Let the glue dry according to the instructions listed on the container.

3
Drill eight 1/4-inch holes through the plywood so two are along each edge, spaced 12 inches apart and 1 inch away from the edges of the plywood.
-
4
Set your plywood on the PVC cube frame so the edges are flush and use the 1/4-inch holes as a guide to drill eight 1/4-inch holes through the frame. You are drilling two holes through each pipe that is on the top of the frame. Bolt the plywood to the frame using a bolt for each hole so the nuts are facing the floor.
