Instructions

1
Connect two 90 degree angle elbows to either end of one 4 inch length of pipe. The open ends of the elbows should be facing in the same direction. Repeat for another 4 inch section with two more 90 degree elbows.
-
2
Attach one 5 inch section of pipe to one of the free ends of an elbow attached to the 4 inch pipe. Repeat on the other section.
-
3
Connect a "T" connector to the other end of the 5 inch section of pipe. With the 5 inch section of pipe on the ground, and the 4 inch section of pipe standing straight up, the "T" connector should be attached in such a way that one of the two continuous openings of the "T" connector is attached to the 5 inch pipe, and the opening of the "T" connector that dead ends is flat to the floor. Repeat for the other section, but have the dead end opening of the "T" connector flat to the floor in the opposite direction relative to the first section.
-
4
Attach a 3 inch section of pipe to the "T" connector. It should be connected to the opening that makes it a continuation of the 5 inch pipe. Repeat for the other section.
-
5
Attach a 6 inch section of pipe to the remaining opening of the "T" connector. Repeat for the other section, and be sure that when the two sections are lined up beside each other, the these two 6 inch sections face in opposite directions. Slide one 6 inch section of pipe insulation over this pipe, and do the same for the other section.
-
6
Attach a "T" connector to the end of the 3 inch pipe. The opening that dead ends is the one you want to attach. The two other continuous openings should be flat on the floor when the first 4 inch section of pipe is held vertically, just as the first "T" connector was.
-
7
Attach a 3 inch section of pipe to the end of the "T" connector that faces in the same direction as the jutting section of pipe from the first "T" connector. Repeat for the other side, with the 3 inch section of pipe facing in the opposite direction to that of the first.
-
8
Attach the 45 degree elbow to the other end of the 3 inch section. When the longest portion of the section is laid flat on the ground and the 4 inch section is held vertically, the bend of the elbow should face down in to the ground. Repeat for the other section.
-
9
Attach a 6 inch section of pipe to the end of the 45 degree elbow. Repeat for the other section.
-
10
Use the 24 inch section of pipe to join the two sections together. There should be one unfilled opening on two "T" connectors for this purpose. All four 6 inch sections should be pointing away from each other when the two sides are joined.
-
11
Wrap duct tape around the open ends of pipe and elbow to protect your walls from damage.
