How to Hang a Pull-Up Bar From Rafters

Keeping fit is important to many people. Pull-up bars help you to develop your muscles by doing pull ups. While you might not have time to go to the gym a lot, it is possible for you to install pull-up bars in your own home, attaching them to exposed rafters. You will need household tools to install the pull bar to ensure that it holds in place when you put it under the full pull of your weight.
