How to Transport a Bowflex Revolution

The Bowflex Revolution home gym uses the new SpiraFlex resistance technology instead of Power Rod technology. Add or remove SpiraFlex power packs to the weight carriage to adjust the resistance. The gym includes 220 lbs. of resistance packs. The Revolution is a compact system, but it is not light. It is 112 inches long, 37.8 inches wide, 73 inches tall and weighs more than 330 lbs.. It has transport wheels on the standing platform so you can move the gym.

Instructions

    • 1

Raise the adjustable arms to the 0 position. This is the top-most position where both arms are perpendicular to the floor.

    • 2

Locate the pop pin at the end of the seat rail, next to the leg developer attachment.

    • 3

Pull the pop pin out. Grab the handle under the leg developer attachment and lift the seat rail assembly. Continue lifting until the pop pin locks in place. This occurs when the seat rail assembly is vertical to the floor.

    • 4

Walk to the back of the gym. Grab the handle on the back of the SpiraFlex engine and lift the machine until the weight shifts onto the transport wheels.

    • 5

Carefully roll the Revolution to the desired area.
