Sit on a chair with knees bent. Place the ProStretch about three feet in front of the right leg. Place your foot in the boot with your heel on the heel plate, toes on the front foot plate. Point your toe so that the ProStretch rolls forward. Hold for five seconds and return boot to a neutral balancing position. Repeat this exercise eight to ten times with the right leg. You should feel this in the front of the ankle and along the front lines of the foot.

Move the ProStretch in front of the left leg about three feet in front of the chair. Place your left foot into the boot with your heel in the heel plate and your front foot on the foot plate. Point your left toe so that the ProStretch rolls forward. Hold for five seconds and return boot to neutral position. Repeat this exercise eight to ten times with the left leg.

The ProStretch device isolates the calf and ankle muscles for safe lower-leg stretching. Keep your left foot in the ProStretch boot. Flex your left foot up, toes pointing in the air, calf muscle flexed. Hold the stretch for five seconds. Return to neutral position. Repeat this exercise eight to ten times. You should feel the stretch in your calf muscles and Achilles tendon.

Move the ProStretch in front of the right foot about three feet from your legs. Put your right foot in the ProStretch boot with your heel in the heel plate and the front of your foot in the foot plate. Flex your right foot up, toes pointing in the air, calf muscles flexed. Hold the stretch for five seconds. Return to neutral position. Repeat this exercise eight to ten times.
