Assembly Instructions for a NordicTrack MTN740

The NordicTrack MTN740 is an in-home stepper machine that does not require any external power supply. You adjust the stepping speed using the one-touch control buttons on the console. The MTN740 has four built-in workout programs, iFit interactive technology and pulse sensors for you to check your heart rate. When you receive your NordicTrack stepper, the main part of the machine is already assembled, but you do have to attach the feet, pedals and the console upright.
