Weider 9300 Pro Instructions

The Weider 9300 Pro is an in-home strength-training gym with two weight stacks and two separate workout areas. One weight stack connects to the ab, upper and lower pulleys. The other weight stack connects to the press arms and butterfly arms. Because of the cable system, the weight you select on the weight stack is not the actual resistance on an exercise. Use the Weider resistance chart to figure the true resistance. Attach the included accessories to perform dozens of upper and lower exercises on the Weider 9300 Pro gym.

Instructions

    • 1

Select the exercise you are going to do. Look at the Weider resistance chart and find your exercise across the top of the chart. Run down the column until you find the weight you want to use. Look to the far left column to find which weight plate to use.

    • 2

Insert the weight selector pin under the chosen weight plate in the appropriate weight stack. Push the pin all the way against the weight stack and twist it so it points down toward the floor.

    • 3

Hook a cable clip to the high or low pulley and slide either the lat bar or nylon strap on the clip depending on what exercise you are doing.

    • 4

Use the leg lever to perform leg extensions. Attach a cable clip to each end of the extension chain. Hook one clip to the pulley under the lat pulldown seat. Hook the other clip to the eyebolt on the bottom of the leg lever assembly.

    • 5

Slide a cable clip onto the ab strap accessory and hook it onto the pulley at the ab station.

    • 6

Set the curl pad post into the curl frame. Insert the adjustment knob into the desired height position and tighten the knob.
