Assembly Instructions for the Weider Pro 4900

Working out can have extraordinary benefits for physical and emotional health, but doing it alone can be boring. The Weider Pro 4900 addresses this drawback by providing dual workout stations in one machine. The Weider Pro is designed as a multi-purpose home weight-training machine, but with two benches, so you can exercise side by side with someone else. Having a partner also makes working out safer. Assembly is relatively straightforward, but the manual recommends it be assembled by more than one person.
