Slide the weight pin under the chosen weight plate. Push the pin all the way until the bent end touches the weight stack. Make sure the pin points towards the floor.

Use the Weider resistance chart to calculate actual resistance. On the left side of the chart, find the number that corresponds to the weight plate you chose in step one. Move to the right along the chart until you find the column for the correct exercise station. For example, if you chose the fourth weight plate for the leg lever exercise, you will be using about 142 lbs. of resistance.

Adjust the leg press plate. Pull the L-pin out of the leg press tube. Slide the leg plate into the desired position. Reinsert the L-pin.

Remove the leg press plate if you are using the low pulley station. Pull the L-pin out and lift the plate out of the support bracket.

Lock the leg lever when you are using the low pulley station. Insert the L-pin through the hole near the top foam rollers.
