Steps on How to Reset an Omron to Zero

Omron manufactures a series of pedometers that count the steps you take, calculate approximate calories burned and the distance walked. Omron pedometers have a 7-day memory function too; the unit stores your workout information for seven days. When midnight hits each night, your Omron pedometer automatically saves the information from the previous day and resets the current screen to zero. If you want to manually reset your Omron pedometer, use the system reset button on the back of the unit.
