How to Reset a BodyBugg

The bodybugg calorie-management system helps track your bodies calorie burn and allows you to input your caloric consumption. It tracks your calories using a web program that requires a subscription after six months of free service. Although the bodybugg device automatically resets at midnight every evening, the armband occasionally has technical problems and requires a reset using the Reset Wizard offered by Apex Fitness, the company that sells the bodybugg.

      Attach your armband to its USB cable. Plug the other side of the cable into the USB port of a computer.

      Visit the bodybugg's Support Tools web page. Click on the "Armband Reset" button.

      Install the application by double-clicking on the icon of the file in the pop-up window. Click on the button that reads "Run."

      Work through the Reset Wizard step by step, following instructions displayed on screen.

      Right-click on the icon of the bodybugg on your desktop and scroll to "Eject."
