How to Make a Man Stronger

The only way to make a man stronger is with a specific training program and a healthy diet that will sustain his body through workouts. The training program and diet will vary depending on his body type. For example, a man who needs to lose some weight will have a different program from one who does not.

Instructions

    • 1

Develop a diet that includes a high amount of protein and carbohydrates. Protein helps to build muscle and strength; carbohydrates give you energy to work out.

    • 2

Design a training schedule. For men who need to lose weight and get stronger, balance weight training with cardio. For men who just need to get stronger, incorporate more weight training.

    • 3

Include squats, dead lifts, bench presses, and overhead presses. Do only four to six repetitions per set of exercises.

    • 4

Keep challenging the lifter by adding more weight each week. He will get stronger without hitting a plateau.

    • 5

Make him work out five to six times a week. Continue until you and he are satisfied with his gains in strength.
