How to Make Your Fists Stronger

If you plan to fight competitively, you'll want to make your fists as strong as possible. When you have a powerful fist, you can knock down your opponent and make them really feel the impact of your punch. You'll need time and dedication to strengthen your fists.

      Arrange time to work on punching techniques each day. The more you punch, the stronger your fists will get. Perform strength and speed drills for at least a half an hour daily.

      Learn how to make a proper fist. You'll need to work on your form if you want to make your fists stronger. Bring all of your fingers into the palm of your hand tightly and then bring the thumb in. Tighten the fists to lead out with your knuckles.

      Use a punching bag. If you can put up a punching bag in your home, do so and use it to practice your punches. If not, go to a gym and use their punching bags.

      Punch through an object. If you want to make fists stronger, you'll have to learn how to fully complete a punch. Fully extend your fist into an object without stopping at point of impact.

      Practice punching a harder object from time to time. As your fist strength grows, you can utilize tougher objects to challenge yourself. Set up a wooden board to try and punch through.
