How to Use the Gaiam CorePlus Reformer Workout
The Gaiam CorePlus Reformer workout is designed for users who want to stretch, strengthen and tone the body. The 45-minute Pilates-style workout includes a series of exercises meant to increase strength, flexibility and agility by focusing on the core muscles. Exercises are shown in three short segments, so you can customize your workout. The DVD is accompanied by the required resistance band.

How to Use the Gaiam CorePlus Reformer Workout

Watch the whole workout one or two times before attempting to do any of the exercises so you will be familiar with each exercise.

Create adequate space to lay out your exercise mat and perform each exercise without obstruction.

Start the DVD and follow the instructions, performing each exercise as shown.

When finished, wipe the resistance band with a dry cloth. If needed, wash the band in cold, soapy water and dry it thoroughly.
