How to Keep Sweat Out of Your Eyes While Running
Getting sweat in your eyes when running is unpleasant and can affect your vision. Sweat can even cause a burning sensation, so it is important to wear a visor or headband to keep the sweat away from your eyes. Some runners prefer to carry a small hand towel and wrist band to wipe away the sweat.
