How to Calibrate an Omron Pace/Distance Tracker

The Omron Go Smart pace and distance tracker clips to your waist like a traditional step counter. However, this tracker also records the distance walked, calories burned and average pace of workout. The tracker determines the calories burned based on the weight entered during setup. By entering your height into the Omron tracker, the computer estimates your stride length and uses it to calculate the distance walked based on the number of steps taken during a workout. You can adjust either of these settings at any time to keep the Omron pace and distance tracker calibrated to your measurements.
