How to Know Which Arch Support Is Right on WalkFit Inserts?
In order to determine which WalkFit insert is right for you, it is important to conduct a quick analysis of the type of foot arch you have. These inserts are available in three arch sizes, low, medium and high. Each is designed to give the proper amount of support during walking for a particular arch type--flat, low or high.

1
Stand in front of the mirror barefoot and have one of your feet firmly planted on the ground.
-
2
Practice a variety of poses with your feet, to observe how the muscles in the feet move as you shift your weight from side to side. One pose would be to have your foot flat on the ground. Another pose would be to have the heel touching the ground and the toes in the air. These poses mimic the same motion as walking; therefore, you will be able to see how the arch of your foot reacts while it is in motion. This movement will help you determine which arch support is right for you.

3
Take note of how your arch appears in the mirror while you practice these poses. If you have a high arch, the bottom middle part of your foot will clearly not be touching the ground. If you have a medium arch, there will be a small space in between your mid-foot and the ground. If you have flat feet, your whole foot will touch the ground, and there will be no space between the bottom of your foot and the ground.
