Decide on a liquid base with which you will blend the Myoplex. This can be anything that you enjoy, such as orange juice, whole milk or soy milk.

Pour the liquid base of your choice into a blender, then add the recommended amount of Myoplex needed to attain your goals as stated on the container. Do not add the Myoplex before the liquid base as it can get stuck to the bottom of the blender. Blend the mixture until there are no more powder lumps.

Drink the Myoplex mixture an hour before your workout in order to aid in muscle building and also right after your workout as a pick-me-up.

Continue using Myoplex until you have reached your muscle building goals; however, you may lose muscle mass upon stopping Myoplex intake.
