How do I Use a Superpump?
SuperPump is a powdered cocktail that is made by Gaspari Nutrition. The company promises that the product will enhance your workout training efforts. The powder allegedly increases lean mass, reduces body fat, increases muscle and enhances performance. Although SuperPump is being marketed to both men and women, the product has not been evaluated by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. If you are an athlete, you should not use SuperPump before getting approval from your athletic board.

Locate a 24 to 32 ounce container for your SuperPump.

Add one to three scoops of the powder into the container. The exact amount of scoops you add depend upon your personal preference.

Add water to your container. You should add 4 to 6 ounces of water for every scoop of powder that was added in the previous step.

Place a cap on your container. Shake the mixture so that the powder and water are thoroughly blended together.

Drink all of the mixture about 30 minutes before you are ready to work out.

Drink the mixture even on days that you are not weight training. On your off days, limit the scoops of powder to two instead of three.
