How to Have the Best Punching Power
Bullies don't magically disappear after school is over and neither does the most effective way of handling them. A fight is not always something in which you can necessarily choose to participate. There may be situations involving unreasonable people who don't mind hitting you, especially if you don't want to hit them back. Knowing how to defend yourself is necessary, and knowing how to throw a good punch is sometimes the quickest way to end a conflict.
