How to Lock in a Gogoplata
The gogoplata is a submission choke used in Judo, where it is known as Kagato-Jime Brazillian and Japanese Jiu Jitsu and modern mixed martial arts also feature the gogoplata. Although you must be very flexible in the hamstrings and the glutes to perform the gogoplata, it is a submission worth having in your MMA repertoire. Often, locking in a gogoplata will cause fighters to tap out from the pain, even before they get knocked out.
