Instructions

    • 1

Face forward with one leg ahead of the other, keeping your legs shoulder-width apart.

    • 2

      Form both hands into fists.

    • 3

Reach behind you with both arms, your forward arm across your body and your back arm behind. Both palms will face down.

    • 4

Move both arms forward at the same time to block.

    • 5

Sweep your front arm out from your body across the middle so that it stops over your front leg, your elbow cocked at a 90-degree angle, palm facing inward at eye level.

    • 6

Pull your back arm across the front of the body, fist resting against the side of the forward arm. The wrist will twist so that the palm faces up.
