How to Remove Chin Pads on a 650SX

The 650-SX is a personal watercraft, or jet ski, manufactured by Kawasaki. The 650-SX is a stand-up style watercraft that the driver actually stands on to use. The 650-SX comes with two safety features, a non-slip foot mat and a chin pad. The chin pad, which is installed between and in front of the handle bars, is a padded area that prevents the driver from injury if he or she loses their footing and is thrust forward. The chin pad is removable, in case the owner wants to install a different, after market custom chin pad.
