Instructions

    • 1

Cover a cardboard box, inside and out, with packaging tape to help the box retain its shape. You don't have to put tape on the flaps of the box.

    • 2

Put the beverages and food into the center of the box. Pack the food in air-tight plastic containers. Keep them about 1 inch away from the walls and at a small distance from each other.

    • 3

Spray insulation foam in the box. Fill the spaces between the containers. Keep spraying until the foam is as high as the containers, but don't exceed the height--the foam could seep through the lids and contaminate the food.

    • 4

Quickly put the flaps down and tape them in place. This will ensure that the foam remains compressed.
