Instructions

    • 1

Find two windows that are close to each other and not separated by a wall.

    • 2

Take one end of the rope and bring it through the first window all the way around to the second window and pull it through. Make sure that one end is out one window and the other is out the other window. Adjust the ropes, so their ends are even.

    • 3

Put your protective gear on and attach your harness. Adjust the gear, so it is comfortable yet secure.

    • 4

Grab the ropes and pull them between your legs and then bring it up to your thigh. Pull it across your chest. Pull it behind your back and across to the other side where it was at your thigh and hold it with your left hand.

    • 5

Step out the window back first. Climb down the building with your right hand controlling the downward slope and your left hand giving you slack.

    • 6

Step down and untangle yourself from the rope.
