Raleigh calls the Talus 5.0 model "Raleigh in its purest form." The 2010 Talus has an Atomic 13L custom butted-aluminum frame. It also features a forced-down tube and a CNC machined head tube, 6.3-inch mechanical disc brakes, Shimano HG40 eight speed gears and resin platform pedals. With five different sizes of the Talus available, ranging from a seat tube length of 14 to 22 inches, consumers have an option for a more custom fit. Rack and fender mounts, water bottle holders and a reflector set are also included.

Raleigh also makes professional bicycles for kids. The Rowdy comes with an aluminum action-curve frame and features Promax V-brakes, Shimano TZ06 six-speed gears, and junior resin platform pedals.
