How to Install a Tightbore Barrel in a G36C

Airsoft guns are realistic firearm replicas that shoot a wide variety of non-lethal plastic pellets. The guns are powered by battery, spring tension or propellant gas. The plastic airsoft projectiles have a muzzle velocity ranging between 150 to 420 fps. Velocity and accuracy of airsoft guns is increased by replacing stock barrels with aftermarket barrels known as "tightbores." These precision barrels are milled to closer bore tolerances than stock barrels and allow less wobble as the projectile travels down the barrel. This results in greater accuracy and range. The G36C is an airsoft replica of the Heckler & Koch G36 5.56 mm assault rifle.
