How to Make Ski Boots Bigger to Fit Bindings
Skiing in some form or other has been around for nearly 5,000 years. Skiing as a sport remains popular today, as many people enjoy the rush of coasting down snow-covered slopes. Skis are made out of laminated wood and foam and they have bindings attached to them. Those who ski wear special boots that are soft and fitted on the inside and hard on the outside. The boots lock into the bindings so your feet will not slip off the skis. It is very important that the boots fit well into the bindings.

1
Clean your boots. Wipe down the sides and soles of your boots to make sure there is no dirt or grease.
-
2
Cut foam rubber strips. Use scissors to cut four strips of foam rubber. Make them 6 inches long and 1 inch high.
-
3
Glue the strips. Spread epoxy glue on one side of the strips. Place one strip on the outer edge of the toe and one on the heel of each boot and press down. Let the glue dry.
-
4
Test the fit. Place the boots inside the binding and secure them. If the bindings are still too loose, glue another foam rubber strip on top of the existing strip on the heel and/or toe as necessary.
