How to Disassemble a Scorpion Helmet

Scorpion helmets are made for road cycling and motocross. These helmets are made from high-ballistic plastic and nylon shells, and use a closed cell foam for the interior padding. A shatter-proof eyepiece moves up and down on a pivoting hinge. Chin straps use a double O-ring buckle to add tension when needed. Disassembling a Scorpion helmet is a quick process and entails removing the eye shield and pulling out the padding.
