How to Pick a Snowboard Bag
Instructions

1
Choose a bag that fits your board. Every snowboard's length is measured in centimeters, so choose a bag that is slightly larger than your board. Choose a bag that is wide enough to securely close around all of your gear, including board, bindings and boots. It's a good idea to take your gear to the store and test a bag's size in person, to ensure a good fit.

2
Choose a bag depending on your needs. If you always drive to the snow, choose a bag that will protect your board in the car and in storage. If you plan to take your board on a train or a plane, choose a quality bag with durable wheels for easier transportation. Wheeling the bag is far easier than carrying it long distances.
-
3
Choose a bag that is heavily padded if you're traveling by plane or train. Padding isn't essential if you handle your board yourself, but will provide important protection from the impact of other checked luggage.
-
4
Choose your accessories carefully. Look for bags that are made out of heavy-duty materials, have compartments and padded shoulder straps. Pick a color and pattern combination that you like and that you'll recognize easily on a baggage carousel or truck.
