How to Put on Clipless Shoes

Passionate cyclists utilize a broad range of cycling equipment and technology to optimize the way their body connects to the bike. They also want to make the most efficient use of the energy used to cycle. Clipless shoes help to stabilize the connection between the foot and the pedal. They work in tandem with clipless pedals allowing you to snap the bottom of your foot to the pedal. Clipless systems ensure correct foot placement, prevent extraneous and unnecessary strain on your ankle and help direct the energy from your legs directly into pedaling.
