How Do I Measure a Bra Size for Small Breasts?

Whether breasts are small or large, they still require sufficient support to help a woman stay healthy. And you just need a tape measure to calculate the correct bra size to support you.

      Wrap the tape measure around your back, just under your breasts. The tape should be snug around your body but not too tight and not so loose that it sags at the back. Take note of the measurement, in inches. This will be your band size.

      Run the tape measure around your breasts and your back. Take the measurement at the fullest part of your bust.

      To calculate your cup size, subtract the measurement from Step 1 from the measurement from Step 2. If the difference is less than 1 inch, you are an AA cup size. If it's 1 inch, you're an A; 2 inches, a B; 3 inches, a C.
