Instructions

Start on a smooth surface, like a flat stretch of pavement and move along on your rollerblades at medium speed. Practice this trick slowly until you gain confidence in your 360. Things can go wrong with too much speed, so pace yourself.

Lean forward and bend your knees slightly as you roll forward. When you are ready to begin, bring both of your arms to one side of your body. If you plan on spinning clockwise, place your hands at the left side of your body. If you want to turn your 360 counter-clockwise, your hands should be on your right side.

Jump into the air to complete your 360. In one smooth movement, spring up from your crouching position and pull your arms hard to the opposite side of your body, in the direction of the turn. Your rollerblades should lift off of the ground and you should be projected into a spin.

Control your body at all times to ensure a proper landing. As your rollerblades leave the ground, make sure that your feet and legs remain together for the entire trick. Your arms, after the initial liftoff, should be kept close to your body. Be prepared to fall a few times before you perfect the landing.
