How to Ollie on Tech Deck

1
Set up on your Tech Deck. Place the mini-skateboard on a flat surface and put the forefinger of your dominant hand on the front of the deck. Place the middle finger of the same hand on the back tail. Push the board around and observe what happens when you press down with either finger.
-
2
Pop the back tail of the Tech Deck as you approach the object you want to ollie onto or the spot where you want to perform the ollie. After you pop the tail with your middle finger, slide your forefinger forward on the board, just in front of the "T" of the Tech Deck logo.
-
3
Apply light pressure to the front of the Tech Deck with your forefinger as the board is in the air. Once the back end of the board has cleared the object or raised itself into the air to a height equal to that of the front end, push down with both fingers to land the board.
-
4
Continue skateboarding forward after you land. If your fingers get bumped out of place, keep moving forward after the ollie and readjust while you're in motion.
-
5
Move on to ollie high or over taller objects. As you improve, try to ollie switchfoot by putting your middle finger on the mid-front section of the board and your forefinger on the back of the Tech Deck.
