Instructions

    • 1

Measure the length from your front shoulder to your back shoulder using the tape measure. The holster hangs from your shoulder and wraps around your body. It looks like a beauty pageant satchel.

    • 2

Measure dimensions of your shotgun shells using a tape measure. Shotgun shells are approximately 3 inches.

    • 3

Cut a piece of leather the same length as Step 1 and double the width of Step 2. If you measured 40 inches in Step 1, the length of your holster is 40 inches. If you measured 3 inches in Step 2, the width of your holster is 6 inches.

    • 4

Take the ends of the leather and sew them together. Fold the leather in half widthwise. It should be approximately 3 inches in width.

    • 5

Sew vertical lines into the folder leather. The distance between the lines is the same distance as the diameter of your shotgun shells. If your shotgun shells have a diameter of 2 inches, sew vertical lines 2 inches apart.

    • 6

Place your shotgun shells in the pouches made from the vertical lines. Your shotgun shell holder is ready to use.
