The Best Seats at Carter Finley Stadium
-
Sections 20 and 21
-
If you can get seats anywhere in sections 20 and 21 at Carter Finley, you are in good shape. All seats in these two sections are between the 40 yardlines on the North Carolina State side of the field. The seats that you really want to go after start in row 10 and extend through row 25. If you are in the first 10 rows, you will be close enough to the field to see the perspiration on the back of the players' necks, but there may be some spots where players standing on the sidelines will obscure your view. The seats in sections 4 and 5 are the exact same on the visitor's side of the field.
Sections 27, 28 and 29

These seats are nearly as desirable as the ones in Section 20 and 21, but they have a little bit different perspective. All seats in sections 27 through 29 are between the 38-yardlines on either side of the field, but they are a bit higher up (rows 26 through 40) than the seats in sections 20 and 21. These seats are perfect for football fans who want the perspective of watching a play develop. These seats give the football fan a different perspective than when they are watching a game on television. It allows the fan to follow all aspects of the play and not just the one the director chooses to show the audience on the small screen. The seats in sections 11, 12 and 13 offer the same perspective from the visitor's side of the field.
Sections 212 and 213
-
These are the seats for the football aficionado who appreciates and wants to see every aspect of line play in a game. These seats are in the center of the end zone and high up. These seats are not for everybody, but for those who are more interested in why a play succeeds or fails, these seats will unlock the keys to the game. No matter how many superstars a team has, the team's success depends on what happens at the line of scrimmage. Block successfully, and your team's offense will likely succeed. If the defense overpowers the offensive line, the defense will win the battle. You can view each battle along the line of scrimmage from these seats. The game films that the coaches examine are shot from this perspective. Sections 221 and 222 offer the same perspective from the opposite side of the field.
