How to Watch the Women's Basketball Final Four Online

Whenever you hear the phrases "March Madness" and "Final Four," you may automatically think of the NCAA men's national championship tournament. Each spring, 64 Division I women's teams also compete in a tournament to crown an NCAA champion. Unlike the men's tournament broadcast for free on CBS, the women's Final Four games are on the cable sports station ESPN, and viewing requires paying a cable fee. If you do not have cable or aren't at home, you can follow the women's Final Four by watching the games online for free.

      Download TV Ants and TVU Player (See Resources.). These two media players can be used to open links to women's basketball Final Four links. You should download both programs as links to games could be opened in either of these programs.

      Log onto the My P2P Forum (See Resources.) on the day of the women's Final Four.

      Click "NCAA." A list of different links will appear on a new page.

      Select the "Women's Final Four" link located at the top of page. This link will be a "sticky" link, meaning that it will be at the top of the page the entire day of the women's Final Four.

      Scroll down the next page until you see the two Final Four games listed. Next to both games will be links for those games.

      Click one of the links for the game that is either going on or about to begin--remember that only one Final Four game is played at a time. The Final Four game will then open in TV Ants, TVU Player or a new web page. How the link opens will be dependent on the person who uploaded the link.

    Channel Surfing

      Open the Channel Surfing homepage (See Resources.) on the night of the Final Four.

      Scroll down the page until you see the Final Four link.

      Click the Final Four link. A new page will open. After the page loads, you will see a media player located in the middle of that page.

      Click the media player's "Play" button. After 5 to10 seconds, the Final Four game will begin playing.
