1
Dust off your football with a dry rag to remove any dust or debris before placing the ball in your display case. This keeps your football looking its best.
-
2
Position the ball on a stand inside the display case so the laces are facing out on the front panel. If the autograph appears somewhere else on the ball, position so that the autograph itself is facing out in full visibility.
-
3
Seal the case in accordance with your particular model instructions. Some cases have a locking mechanism to protect your ball against theft, while others simply close or latch.
-
4
Place the football case in a well-lit area where it is likely to be noticed. Shelving units and fireplace mantels are useful for this. The ball also could function as a centerpiece for a coffee table, if you prefer. The case will reflect light to some degree, drawing people's gaze.
-
5
Clean the outside of your case regularly with glass cleaner, rubbing alcohol or white vinegar to remove smudges and dust so the ball looks better from a distance.
