Pep Rally Banner Ideas

Get into the spirit at your school's next pep rally. At most high schools, the cheerleaders or the pep squad gets the crowd riled up and leads them in cheering on the home team. If you are part of a crew responsible for hyping the crowd at the pep rally, you will need the help of colorful banners with upbeat slogans on them. Decorate the banners with visual depictions of the slogans, a little glitter, and your school mascot.

  1. Let's Get Fired Up! Banner

    • Create a banner with fireworks surrounding the words, "Let's Get Fired Up!" You could also draw sparklers or a combination of both.

    Go! Fight! Win! Banner

    • Draw megaphones around the words, or create the "Go! Fight! Win!" words megaphones. You can also draw a football player running on the field. Alternately, you can have a blown-up picture of your star football player on the banner.

    Team Mascot Banner

    • Create a banner that has your school's tough-looking mascot in the center. You can have the mascot staring down a miniature version of the other team's mascot, or stepping on him, intimidating him. The sign should say something like "Tigers can't be beat!"

    Charge Up! Banner

    • Create a banner with a picture of a wall outlet and and large plug next to it. You can also have a picture of the team mascot with his tail as the plug, as if he is being "charged up."
