Field Archery Clubs in Florida

Field archery clubs in Florida provide large facilities and tournament opportunities for their members. Most clubs offer family or individual memberships. The clubs listed here all offer instruction from coaches certified by the National Field Archery Association (NFAA) and hold NFAA sanctioned tournaments, as well as other shoots throughout the year.
  1. Central Florida Archers

    • Central Florida Archers is a charter club of the National Field Archery Association (NFAA). The club's facilities sit in the wetlands of Peace River. Traditional and compound archers are welcome, but the club prohibits crossbows. No hunting, alcohol or dogs are allowed on the range. The range is open from dawn until dusk every day of the week. The club hosts tournaments throughout the year, including the Florida Archery Association (FAA) State FITA Field Championship. The club offers individual and family memberships. Family memberships are a good value, costing just $10 more than an individual membership. Club members are responsible for care of the facility and event preparation.

    Everglades Archers

    • Everglades Archers promotes archery in all of its forms, from field to target. The club hosts tournaments throughout the year and in 2006 hosted the North American Field Archery Championships. Everglades Archers is affiliated with the Junior Olympic Archery Development program. The club offers individual and family memberships. Students and senior citizens can get discounted memberships. Everglades Archers provides instruction from nationally certified coaches. Individual and group instruction is available. The club belongs to the NFAA. The club sits on 18-acres and features 3D bow hunting, ranges and an 80-yard shot that requires archers to shoot past a lake and bluff. The club hosts Wednesday night shoots and shooting leagues.

    Lee County Archers

    • Lee County Archers is a member of the NFAA. The club hosts field archery tournaments, as well as 3D tournaments throughout the year. Club facilities include a field range with 14 targets, 40 shooting lanes and a lighted 20-yard range. On Thursdays, the range is open to non-members. All club instructors are NFAA certified. The club offers individual and family memberships.
