Adult Basketball Programs

While basketball camps for children are abundant, basketball camps designed to instruct and coach adults are not. Basketball leagues are common in recreation centers and parks across the country but they frequently consist of more experienced and more competitive players. However, for adults with little experience playing the sport, basketball camps provide a relaxed atmosphere in which to learn the fundamentals and techniques of the game.
  1. Adult Fantasy Basketball Camp

    • IMG Academy's adult fantasy basketball camp is a three-day program designed to provide participants with a professional training environment. The program includes two on-court workouts every day during which participants learn proper ball-handling, passing and shooting techniques and engage in competitive play. The coaching staff introduces participants to conditioning and strength-building exercises as well as mental conditioning techniques. Participants can also join the coaching staff in evening game analysis sessions.

This basketball camp comes with several perks including a spa massage session, free meals and, at the conclusion of the program, a professional evaluation with more suggestions and guidance.
