How to Care for a CamelBak Hydration System
The CamelBak hydration system fits on your back like a compact-sized backpack, and contains a bladder to store water or an energy drink. The system holds up to 96 oz. of fluid -- depending upon the unit -- and allows you to drink without using your hands. This allows cyclists to maintain control and stay hydrated. The CamelBak's plastic bladders often become contaminated, but are brought back to safe, hygienic levels with ease.
