How to Use Boxing Focus Pads

Boxing pads are also called focus pads. They are pads worn by hand and are used by boxing trainers with fighters of all skill levels. Boxing pads are useful tools for increasing a fighter's endurance as well as improving speed and focus when throwing jabs, hooks and upper cuts. With the aid of boxing pads, a fighter can learn not to reach too high or too low when striking opponents. Maximize your training sessions by incorporating boxing pads as part of your routine.
