How to Use an Eyepiece Focus on a Burris Scope

For as long as rifles have been used by hunters and professional shooters, eyepieces have been developed to increase the accuracy of the shooter. There are many makes and models of eyepieces, also called scopes, and the Burris Scope is one of the more popular models available today for riflers because of how easy it is to use.

Instructions

    • 1

Adjust the scope so that the cross hairs of the sight are completely vertical and then tighten the scope rings to hold it in place.

    • 2

Look through the eyepiece and adjust the focus of the reticle by rotating the eye-bell until the image through the eyepiece becomes clear.

    • 3

Adjust the magnification ring just past the lock ring on the scope to control the distance you want the eyepiece to see.
