Instructions

    • 1

Use the dry rag to remove any dirt or debris.

    • 2

Pour 1/4 cup of mild detergent in your bucket; fill the bucket with warm water. Soak the rag in the soapy water. Scrub your helmet inside and out.

    • 3

Empty your bucket of soapy water. Create a thick paste inside the bucket using equal parts of baking soda and water. Apply the paste to the outside of the helmet. Allow it to sit for five minutes.

    • 4

Rub away the scuff marks and tough yellowing with the scrubbing sponge. Rinse the helmet thoroughly with water to remove the paste.

    • 5

Empty and rinse the bucket, and combine 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of hydrogen peroxide. Wipe down the inside and outside of the helmet with a clean rag.

    • 6

Clean the inside of the helmet with antibacterial wipes.

    • 7

Wipe off the entire helmet dry. Let it sit upside down for at least an hour before use. Repeat this process on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
