Bite guards are fitted in the mouth to protect your teeth. Because you put your bite guard in your mouth it is essential that you keep it clean. A good habit to keep is to clean your bite guard at night after you brush your teeth.

- Toothpaste
- Toothbrush
- Perforated container

Rinse the bite guard with cool water.

Brush the bite guard with your toothbrush and toothpaste.

Rinse the toothpaste off of the bite guard.

Store the bite guard in a perforated container so that air can circulate. The container will help protect the bite guard from outside elements such as pets, children or accidental dropping.
