How to Customize Your Own Youth College Football Jerseys
Instructions

1
Choose what colors you want the jersey to be. A jersey generally has two colors, a base color and a secondary color. The secondary color is often the color of the stripes or design of the jersey, while the base color is the background and main color of the jersey.
-
2
If you have already purchased the jersey, disregard this step.
-
3
Add text to the jersey if the child wants to. The name is placed on the back of the jersey above the numbers. Place either a last name, a first name, a nickname or any other text that you want on the back of the jersey.
-
4
Determine what number the child wants on the jersey. The number appears on the front of the jersey on the chest and on the back of the jersey down the spine. The numbers sometimes appear on the arms and/or shoulders of the jersey as well. This sometimes costs more, so ensure you know what the child wants on his jersey.
-
5
Ask for a sample of what the jersey may look like. Make sure that it looks exactly as you would expect and exactly as the child wants. Also be sure to ask the store how long it will take to customize the jersey.
