1
Clean the club head thoroughly with a damp washcloth, so all dirt and debris is removed.
-
2
Dry the club head with a dry towel until no moisture remains.
-
3
Pour scratch remover polish into the dry washcloth and gently rub the club face with it. It's best to rub the entire club face and not just the scratched portion, so that the whole area blends together.
-
4
Soak a piece of fine-grade sandpaper in a bowl of warm water for 15 minutes.
-
5
Gently use the soaked sandpaper to buff out the scratches in the club face.
-
6
Wash the club face again with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
-
7
Pour sealant into the dry cloth and spread it over the club face.
-
8
Allow the club to set for at least three hours before using.
